VENDOR REGISTRATION
 

The fee for vendors is $50.00 per table per event or $125 for the entire weekend (Friday, Saturday 12-hour marathon, Sunday Line Dance.Skate Party) **Please note that the vending fee does not include meals or participation in any event activities.** Absolutely NO BEVERAGES (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) are to be sold by vendors, this includes but is not limited to Jello-Shots, water, juices, etc. No alcoholic products are permitted.  The hotel charges a $15.00 convenience fee if your vending table needs electricity. Vendor will be permitted one (1) assistant at no additional charge. This fee is non refundable or transferrable. Vending tables will be permitted at all of the events. The PSE will provide the table at the HOTEL ONLY, therefore it is not necessary for you to bring a table, however vendors must provide their own table coverings. Vendors must provide their own table and table coverings at all other locations.  Vendors can begin set-up 1-hour prior to the start of the event and must be completely set up 15 minutes prior to the start of the event.  No vendors will be permitted to set-up during the event.
